Peter joins the Phlow team as General Manager with over 20 years’ experience in design and construction. He has successfully overseen operations and managed staff on large, complex projects for notable clients in both the private and public sectors.
Importantly, Peter’s passion and attention to detail have fostered strong, lasting relationships with clients who trust him to deliver every project to a high standard.
Emma leads the Phlow design team where her experience in the construction and design industry is evident. Her deep industry knowledge and unwavering passion for design have earned her a reputation for creating spaces that are not only functional but also beautifully considered.
Emma has a strong ability to translate complex requirements into thoughtful design solutions that align with her clients’ needs and project objectives, delivering outcomes that are both practical and inspiring.
Justin’s trade background demonstrated his technical expertise and commitment to quality, where he progressed to Leading Hand and Site Supervisor roles. He has extensive experience delivering complex village installs, refurbishments, renovations, and fit-out projects across mining infrastructure and commercial and resource sectors.
Justin thrives in high-pressure environments, managing sites, stakeholder expectations, and project timelines without compromising safety or quality.
Ava joins the Phlow team as an emerging Interior Architect, focusing on producing practical and detailed solutions towards refined design outcomes. Ava is committed to creating quality, high-end interiors that enhance value and functionality both spatially and for the people that inhabit them.
Ava holds a Bachelor in Interior Architecture from the University of Western Australia adding to her already completed certificates in Business Administration.

We undertake a broad range of projects, including large-scale fit-outs and renovations of commercial office spaces, warehouses, factories, showrooms, retail facilities, and hospitality venues. We have a comprehensive construction team that is comprised of certified and licensed contractors, as well as in-house engineers that streamline each project and make it as economical as possible. We also have an in-house design team that can identify the best ways to utilise any space to ensure maximum efficiency and comfort.
